Can anyone please tell me why I can't redeem points?? I've been trying over a year to redeem and every time I try and verify my number it gives me an error. I can never get an answer from support or they come up with a ridiculous solution as to why I'm getting an error. This is the latest in the screenshot. Ive had the same mobile number for 20 years and using that number yet support knows better and say its a landline. I'm beyond frustrated at this point as it's been over a year without any support from "support". They have not responded to my email in 4 days. Can anyone please help?!
