Smart Watch from Amazfit

There are so many brands for smart watches, so there might be better ones but I use this watch and I like it.

[Pros]

1. Its long battery life.

    - They say it could maintain upto 14 days but in my case, it survives 4 to 5 days using AOD for over 12 hrs a day.

   - However, this is a great life time comparing to my previous Samsung Galaxy Watches. Way longer than Galaxy or Apple Watches.

2. Military Grade Specs

   - The glass is sturdy, IP68, Resistance to hot & cold weather(70 to -40 degrees Celcius), etc.

   - When I bought expensive smart watches, I usually purchased some other protective films but it finally became a little dirty by dirts and greese. This watch is actually not expensive so I use without any case or films but it has retained its condition for a long time. I've worn this for over a year but still clean and looks like new.

3. Competitive Price

   - Comparing to the major smart phone brands such as Apple and Samsung, this brand's watches are way cheaper so it might be a good chance to change a watch by time (as battery life would not be long as 3 to 5 years)

[Cons]

1. Its own UI(S/W)

    - Not really match well or sync well with major brands' phone (design or some alerts for specific apps)

2. Not syncronizable to Samsung Health

    - It has its own UI and App

3. Unavailable for Samsung/Apple Pay

4. Some models do not have Watch call system (No Mic & Speakers)

There are still cons but for my case, its battery life and price countervail against the cons.

I have used smart watches for over 6 years and my final thought on smart watches is a smart watch is a good device to alert notifications through skin which is better than a phone's alert. I usually keep my phone vib-mode or silent mode so a watch is a good sensor for notification, plus a good small viewer for time, date, and some other info.

At first I used for health monitoring, GPS system, workout detection or whatever functions a watch has, but it became a watch with a skin-friendly alert. 

Long to short, it is a good watch for simple use with a good bettery life.
