Miso ramen bowls are easy to cook. Simply simmer your noodles with a selection of veggies – broccoli, peas, asparagus, shredded carrots and peppers. Of course to add miso paste to the cooking water. Leftover chicken, beef or pork can go in, too. Lastly, a jammy soft-boiled egg is the perfect finishing touch. Hope you like it!
