JLo is a global actress and, for me, a more than good singer. But for me Shakira is the best singer, one of the most consolidated in the industry in Latin America, and the most prominent female Latin artist of the last 20 years. 

She shows it every song with every collaboration with other artists in Latin America and Europe.

Anyway, JLo is richer than Shakira because she built an empire but my vote goes for Shakira.
