The feeling of finding the perfect spot in bed to fall asleep is unmatched. I always make sure there are at least a couple pillows under my head, a blanket wrapped nicely over my body, and a fan on in the corner. It takes a few minutes to get everything just right, and each time I do finally find a good spot I can instantly feel that it's the one.
