Hello fellow walking enthusiasts,
Today, I will be reviewing Starbucks' Matcha Frappuccino! I want to start off this post by mentioning that this is my absolute favorite Starbucks' drink and my go-to any day! I tried other drinks, obviously, because Starbucks always comes out with new unique drinks--what feels like--each season. I tried the Matcha Latte, the Strawberry Crème Frappuccino, and a refresher, but none of them hit the same as the Matcha Frappuccino. (Hope you guys like the photo I took, it's simple but I'm really proud of it, honestly). People like to say that matcha tastes like grass and that is why a lot of people don't like it but it does not taste like that at all, and trust me, I've had a lot of matcha in my life. The texture of this drink is very creamy and the first time I tried this drink, it reminded me of ice cream because the whipped cream mixed in makes the texture so fluffy! It's a really pretty green color and honestly looks divine, appearance-wise. It's a simple drink but it's heaven for me. It's very sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth like me, I'd recommend this for you. It's a blended drink so you're going to drink some small ice chunks when you reach the bottom. I'm not sure what to say about the flavor because it's hard to describe in words. It's unlike anything I've ever tasted before. I just have to say that it's sweet and creamy and the flavor stays in your mouth. For a Venti Matcha Crème Frappuccino with no customizations, it is 520 calories, which is a lot! It's around 7 dollars where I live but for the Matcha Frappuccino, I'd spend any amount of money, that's how much I love it. I think about this drink every day. I've never actually looked at the nutrition values but there's 79 grams of sugar!!! There's also 18 grams of fat. I mean, at least there is 8 grams of protein, which is nice, better than 0. There's 95mg of caffeine. That's all I have to say about this drink! Hope you try out my order, thanks for reading my rant.
