I had gotten these as a gift for christmas and have been loving them ever since! I think they were bought of amazon so i found a photo from them. I find this is a really simply and low effort exercise. You can do it while watching tv and be on the couch. My favourite thing is how versatile they are, you can use them for so many different things.
