Ravin' about the Row-N-Ride - Home Gym Equipment

When my partner first bought Row-N-Ride impulsively off of Amazon, I'll admit that I was skeptical about the quality of workout that this particular piece of equipment could provide the user. After swallowing my pride, I tried it for the first time and wow! My whole body was on fire within minutes!

This simple looking machine is excellent for giving you a full body workout! The simple motion of it involves pulling the handles towards you, engaging your back and bicep muscles, then squatting back down in your seat, using your legs, to reset to the beginning of the motion. Doing this repeatedly over and over again, trust me, you're gonna feel the burn!

I typically only use it currently for a 5 minute warm up before my regular home gym routine, but it definitely helps me to break a sweat and get my muscles feeling ready during that time! I could definitely see it being used for a longer period of time in a steady cardio workout or in some type of interval training. It does make claims of helping to tone your muscles as well, which I can't speak to personally since I only use it for short bursts, but I could believe this as well, considering my muscles definitely get jacked up after my short use of it!

The last great thing about this home gym machine is that is easily stored and is probably the most slender machine that one could have within their gym. Foldable treadmills might take up less space but they won't give you the full body workout that this machine will!

The only slight drawback is that you can't change the resistance of this machine. It simply operates under your own body weight. More than likely though, that is all you will need to get a great sculpting cardio workout for yourself! 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 

Considering all of the above points, I would rate the Row-N-Ride a 9.5/10 and recommend it to anyone who is an avid home gym user! Row, Ride, and Rave about this amazing product to all your fellow fit friends! 💪🏻
