I bought this handgrip exercise ring from Decathlon and I really like it. It's lightweight, easy to hold, and compact. There are three resistance levels, and I chose the highest one at 40kg. Its high resistance allows me to train my grip anytime and anywhere. It also helps relieve my stress! It is ideal for me and it helps me develop and maintain strong, healthy hands.
