I purchased a pull-up bar at I knew this was a bit of a weakness of mine. I chose this particular one (pro_source multigrip) for a number is reasons.
As the name implies, it has a number of different places to get it, giving you a slightly different workout each time.
It is solid and easy to mount.
It is padded so it minimizes impact on your walls and your hands.
I try to do a few repetitions in each grip every day. Another thing that I like to do, is to let myself hang for about 10 seconds after my reps, and then do one more pull-up.
It has two minor downsides: putting it together was a bit bothersome, and it makes a bit of noise as I'm working out.i highly recommend this product.
