To start with, I want to make some questions...
· Are you a person who is very busy to do exercises?
· Do you have problems leaving your kids at home while you go to the gym?
· You are not much into exercises but you need to start with something?
· Do you like to do multiple things while watching TV or a streaming channel?
If you answer “YES” to most of the sentences above, keep reading it… if not, look for another post (joking!!!)
Well, it is not a secret that those bands are the best invent people have created, because it works if you are motivated enough to do it every day. I know it may be a cliché, but my idea with this post is to show you how well it works doing it the correct way.
I usually go to the gym, but there are two parts of my body I am not proud of, those are my legs, they are kind of fat, people say they are ok, but I would love them thinners, and the second, my arms. I am not strong enough to make good arm activities, so in both cases the bands work perfectly.
Something my bands differ from others, is that the material is nice to my skin. They are not a silicon band harming my skin, the texture of these ones are great, because they are kind and at the same time strong (good combination)
You can work your legs to help them work the muscles and you can harden your arms too and avoid the unpleasant extra we all have (girls, I know you know)
Well, these bands help you with this and other problems if you use them every day for at least 20-30 minutes. I am sure you will see results (spoiler… the exercise by itself does not make miracles… you have to add good habits (food, walking, no sodas, less bread etc, things I know you know but you don’t want to give up, not at least now).
Those bands include two bags, one to avoid the dust and the second to carry them if you want to use them in your office, while you are sitting move your legs. and also a manual, to use them so you can get use to them and then do more things
