Home gym equipment review: Reformer for Pilates

I really love using the Reformer for my Pilates classes, even at home! It's an all-encompassing machine with elastic straps, moving planes and such. The really great thing about it is that it allows you to do very effective movements that you wouldn't be able to perform otherwise. For instance, using it to slide your body into certain positions is excellent work for your abs. For those who practice Pilates at home, it's sold on some websites, but it does take up quite a lot of space in your home. For me it's a 10/10!
