The elliptical machine

The elliptical machine is an indoor gas exercise device that creates movements similar to actual walking by holding the handle and pedaling!

As the name suggests, it comes from the word 'Illips'.

This is because the path that occurs when the instrument produces movement draws an elliptical.

Advantages of an elliptical machine

1. Use the whole body

I also alternate using the treadmill.
