Subway 6-inch sandwich is always my choice when I want to have an on-the-go healthy meal. We can get five major nutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat, minerals and vitamins) just from one sandwich. Why not have a try?

 

I always choose a Turkey Breast Sandwich with Wholegrain Bread and loads of vegetables. The natural flavour of their protein products is strong enough for me, so I never add any sauce, which even cuts the calories.
