Some time ago I wanted to try a low calorie food from McDonald's. I decided to go for the grilled chicken salad. I did not add any dressing. I have to say that it might not be worth it. Whenever I go to McDonald is because I want a treat for myself. Maybe adding the Balsamic dressing could've made a difference.
