My favourite healthy and low calorie fast food at Tim Hortons is Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries and Almond Granola
It has around 250 calories. But even more important, it has 15 grams of protein.
I also love that it fills me up. It comes in an easy to go cup. You can eat it there or take it with you and eat it on the go or at work.
I usually pair it with a coffee.
