Enjoy this delightful BBQ Beef with BBQ Bun Cheeseburger, featuring tender BBQ beef, melty cheese, and a tangy BBQ-flavored bun. Perfect for a satisfying and indulgent meal!
Ingredients:
BBQ Beef:
1 lb ground beef (preferably 80% lean)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
BBQ Buns:
4 large burger buns
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Toppings:
4 slices cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced red onions
Pickles
Additional BBQ sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions:
Prepare the BBQ Beef:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
Preheat the Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.
Grill the BBQ Beef Patties:
Place the beef patties on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
Prepare the BBQ Buns:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika.
Brush the BBQ mixture on the insides of the burger buns.
Place the buns on the grill, cut side down, and toast for about 1-2 minutes until they are golden and slightly crispy.
