Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
