Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Croutons
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
- Slice grilled chicken and add to the salad. Top with croutons before serving.
