Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

  • 1 box jumbo pasta shells
  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions.
  3. Mix ricotta, egg, and spinach in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each shell with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish, place stuffed shells on top, and cover with remaining sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake for 25-30 minutes.
