So Delicious Vegan Ice Cream (oatmilk)

Best vegan ice cream

 

Before this event, I had never tried vegan non-dairy ice cream. When researching vegan ice cream, it seemed that oatmilk provided the creamiest texture of all plant based vegan dairy free frozen desserts (ice cream). I was going to get Ben and Jerry's because they were going to change to a new oatmilk recipe for all of their dairy free ice cream flavors

 (20 different flavors) starting in the Spring of 2024. I went to the store and they only had the old recipes (almond milk, sunflower oil, coconut milk, etc.).

 

 When I get ice cream it has to have carmel in it. Ben and Jerry's have 7 different flavors with carmel in it. That was the main reason I was going to get Ben and Jerry's dairy free ice cream in the first place. Hopefully later in the year, I will be able to get their new oatmilk recipe with carmel in it.

 

So, when I was at the store I found an oatmilk vegan dairy free frozen dessert that had carmel in it. It is made by

 So Delicious. The flavor is called Chocolate Salted Carmel vegan

 dairy free frozen dessert. I am going to call it ice cream from here on out,

 it's ice cream to me.

 

So Delicious Dairy Free Chocolate Salted Caramel Oatmilk Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert cost $5.99 per pint. Ben and Jerry's dairy free ice cream costs less than the So Delicious brand.

I have type 2 diabetes, so my next task is to try and find a vegan dairy free low sugar ice cream. Wish me luck that I can find one with carmel in it.
