A good steak must:
- Be fully cooked...if it's still bleeding it ain't done!
- Not too fatty...I HATE when my meat is all fat & gristle...
- Outer sear..it's what holds all the juices in...don't nobody want dry steak
- Flavor ...a good steak shouldn't need anything but itself! Marinade 6-24hrs!
- If bone in it should fall right off...
