Best arm workouts: Desktop 🖥️ 👨💼edition
If you are working like me full-time in front of your computer, this 5-minute arm workout will give you some energy and emotional release. You can perform it sitting or standing. Let's go 💪🏋🏻♀️
1. Start with gently rolling your neck, 10 times to the left, then 10 times to the right.
2. Shoulder circles - 20 forward and 20 back. Do a 30 seconds pause and repeat it once again. Keep your back straight and don’t rush :)
3. Arm circles - put your arms to the sides like a “T”. Draw 10 small circles with both arms in a forward direction. Draw 10 more bigger circles and another 10 very large circles. Do the 20 second pause. Change the direction and repeat the 30 circles (10 small, 10 medium, 10 large) once again.
4. Punch the air in front of you with your left arm 10 times and then 10 times with your right arm. If you’re stressed, imagine a person who’s causing you stress in front of you 😎.Imagine you're punching them in the face. If you’re very stressed, repeat the whole exercise once again.
5. Now take your computer mouse in your right hand and write your full name in the air with it. Do the same with your left hand.
