What lies in the Multiverse is a platformer game made by Iguanabee, an indie studio. The game's core concept is very unique : there's 9 chapters in the game and each of them features 2 different universes in which you can switch at any time to explore, solve puzzles and collect items that gives little insight of the story of the game. The story is very interesting and the characters are attaching and cute, the dialog is very funny but the game also knows how to be deep and sad, because the game brings up different topics such as death, grief and fate. The graphics are very charming and the controls are very intuitive and responsive, the pixel art style is really well done and I absolutely love the music in this game!
I honestly think this game is very underrated and that you should definitely check it out if you enjoy platforming game with pixel art style, funny dialogs, intuitive puzzles and touching stories. The game has it's own personality and sometimes is on discount on the Nintendo Eshop, so I really recommend this game!
