A few tips on how I work on keeping away belly fat are as follows: 

  1. Participate in activities that are core based.. (Dance, MMA, even some sports)
  2. 10 min. HIIT workouts are great (go to youtube for free ones to follow)
  3. Planking until fail in the morning and at night 2 times
  4. Russian twist and any workouts that target that stubborn lower belly 
  5. Eating good foods, greens (I'm guilty of not eating the best, but it's very important)
