The workout app "Lean With Lilly" made by Lilly Sabri has completely changed my life. The app has taught me perfect form, new exercises, transformed my body, and made me so much stronger. One thing in particular I love about the app is the leg workouts. You can choose from different types of leg workouts such as strength, Pilates, HIIT, or a combo. They vary in length from 21 minutes to 40 or 45 minutes. The exercises involved in these workouts are RDL's, squats, lunges, bridges, etc. I highly recommend buying a subscription to Lean With Lilly, but if you do not want to pay, Lilly also has amazing workout videos and guides on her YouTube.
