This is my favorite ab workout for after baby rebuilding them core muscles and getting back to normal.  You basically sit like the girl in the picture. Use your baby as an ore and move him from side to side, flexing your stomach muscles while rotating the baby from one side to the other. Doing this for twenty minutes everyday will have your core muscles strengthen back up in no time. Definitely if you just had the baby wait at least six weeks and a C-section you go at your own pace girl! When your ready.
