The most effective exercises for building a great set of glutes include step ups on boxes, lunges, squats, bridges, donkey, kicks, and deadlifts. I highly recommend the Beachbody 21 day fix lower, fix, and the Jillian Michael's killer buns and thighs. Both of these are roughly 30 to 40 minutes of intense workouts focusing on the lower body! I really love the apple fitness app also, and do the lower body workouts several times a week. They have options of 10, 20 or 30 min. workouts so you can get a quick intense 10 min in and feel like you worked hard!
