I watched the 2015 version of the Japanese movie "Hero" starring Takuya Kimura. I have always been obsessively fond of the "Hero" series of Japanese dramas/movies, not only because it is exquisitely crafted as a tale of justice, but also because it gives me the courage to firmly believe that, even in the real world, "justice" should not just be a "fairytale." In the story, the characters Kuriyama Kokubo (played by Takuya Kimura) and Amamiya Maiko (played by Takako Matsu) ultimately did not end up together, becoming the most realistic and poignant aspect of this series.
In today's world, there are still many injustices. We cannot simply hope for the appearance of heroes; we should all have the courage to become heroes ourselves.
