End of Evangelion

This 1997 just came to theatres in North America for the first time. It's a ridiculous conclusion to an iconic anime. This is one of the few series where the protagonist goes from being sympathetic and traumatized to the most frustrating (and traumatized) characters I've ever seen. It's a wild ride and quite the way to end the series. The creator did not want to make this movie and everything is way funnier if you go into it with that mindset. 4/5⭐️
