M13 Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

This first entry in the Fantastic Beasts prequel series offers a new perspective on the wizarding world, set in 1920s New York. Eddie Redmayne is charming as Newt Scamander, a magizoologist whose suitcase full of escaped creatures causes magical mayhem. The film boasts captivating new beasts and expands the lore of the Wizarding World timeline. However, the plot can feel episodic at times, and the connection to the overall story arc is less clear compared to the Harry Potter series.
