Stray kitten likes to come see my ducks

This little grey stray and his (not pictured) strawberry-blonde sibling like to hang out in my yard in the mornings. At first I thought they were waiting for my cat, Oni, because he goes out and plays with them some mornings. But then I realized that they mostly hang around the barnyard, a fenced-in area where my ducks graze during the day. Today it seemed like they were actually just waiting out there for me to release the ducks from the barn. They left when I started telling them they were good kitties, though 😆
