1) Food supplementation before physical activity is very important for me.

3) Sometimes I eat a mix of proteins when training is very tiring.

5) On training days is good to eat foods with a lot of proteins, especially egg whites.

6) Finally, at the end of the day, I often consume an energy bar that contains proteins and magnesium
