I drink a cup of coffee before an hour when I go to gym. According to articles - caffeine can enchance the physical performance and cognitive function. Only one cup is enough. Dont take 2 cups or more. Hot coffee is better than iced coffee. I take this in many years and will keep it even not go to gym room.
