This is the one we have at home

This is a funny story... I am not into this things, this is the second time I drink something like this, this is not the usual I have but I had an opportunity to get into a new Gym and they game the opportuniy to have a free month if I bought this pre-work out powder.

Of course I was not going to buy this thing just for the offer, but I thought maybe it needed a try, so I started looking at the information on the bottle, it looked ok, I found the information was decent with a lot of minerals

then, after reading the information in the bottle, I had to go to a reliable source of information and it appeard it had good reviews in many places, so I gave it a chance and I had to be honest, it was worth it.  

my husband and I drink it befor gym with water, the flavor is Cranberry and it doesn't taste so bad to be an artificial flavor.  

for me it is a yes, you can try it, but of course, always take in mind, not all the products behave the same way in different bodies, so taking this in mind.
