Supplements & Sports Drink Review

ROUNDHOUSE PROVISIONS

MORNING KICK

If you want more energy, healthy digestion, and a fully supported metabolism, look no further than Morning Kick. This unique blend of gut-healthy probiotics, green superfoods, unique herbs and body-boosting collagen work together to give your health a major boost. Thanks to this delicious drink powder, you can help your body burn fat, “supercharge” your muscles with energy, and feel younger and better than you have in years. Morning Kick is produced by ROUNDHOUSE PROVISIONS, a company Chuck Norris and his wife started. If it's good enough for Chuck Norris, it's good enough for me. You can mix 8 Oz of water with 1 scoop of the Morning Kick powder and this alone would be a good pre-workout supplement. It tastes great, the flavor is a strawberry lemonade.

I like to amp up my pre-workout by including Morning Kick in a smoothie.

I use a blender with these ingredients to make an ultimate pre-workout smoothie.

I make my pre-workout smoothie with Morning Kick, Greek yogurt, oat milk, banana, frozen mixed berries, peanut butter, spinach, flaxseed, and chia seeds. Here’s why each ingredient is beneficial:

Morning Kick: Provides a boost of energy and includes ingredients like ashwagandha that can help with mental clarity and focus during your workout.

Greek Yogurt: Rich in protein, which is essential for muscle repair and growth, and probiotics for digestive health.

Oat Milk: Offers additional carbohydrates for energy and is a good source of fiber, which can help provide sustained energy levels.

Banana: Packed with potassium to help prevent muscle cramps and simple carbohydrates for a quick energy boost.

Frozen Mixed Berries: High in antioxidants to help reduce oxidative stress and natural sugars for energy.

Peanut Butter: Contains healthy fats and protein, providing sustained energy and aiding in muscle repair.

Spinach: Loaded with vitamins and minerals such as iron, which is important for oxygen transport during exercise.

Flaxseed: A good source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, which can help with inflammation and provide a feeling of fullness.

Chia Seeds: High in omega-3s and fiber, they can contribute to sustained energy release and help keep you hydrated, as they absorb water.

This combination provides a balanced mix of macronutrients—carbohydrates, proteins, and fats—along with important micronutrients and hydration, all of which are key for a successful workout. The carbs give you immediate energy, the protein supports your muscles, and the fats offer longer-lasting fuel. Plus, the hydration from the oat milk and the water content in the berries will help ensure you’re well-hydrated before your workout. I recommend this smoothie for your pre-workout. You can adjust ingredients to your taste. I also recommend drinking your smoothie about 1 hour before your workout. Enjoy your smoothie and have a great workout!
