I like to drink a can of energy drink before my workout. I found the Perfect Ted Pinapple Yuzu matcha green tea a good choice for me. First it's sweet but not too sweet. Secondly, l like its small size as I guess no one wants to intake too much liquid before working out. Finally, sometimes they have free samples to give away on the GreenJinn app!
