I've been eating this for a while now. Before and after workout and much importantly before I go for a little run in the morning, I prefer to take something light so I can exercise better. Since I get an upset stomach very easily, this yogurt with proteins works well for me. (Sometimes If I am hungry I would eat it with honey and a boiled egg.. the mix doesn't taste very good though but it's beneficial, so try at your own risk ;)The coffee taste one is so good for the morning and I would take the white one after I go for a run in the night.
