Ashwagandha with black pepper for ADHD
So I'm a self-diagnosed ADHD (waiting to be clinically diagnosed) which has anxiety and depression as a part of its symptoms.
AND I get distracted and forget things easily.
I was searching up supplements for energy enhancers because well... adhd also have a gazillion thoughts and we physically glitch, which takes up a lot of my energy. Coffee has not been helping as much as it used to 😢
Then I accidentally stumbled upon the ashwagandha with black pepper supplement.
It's effect is supposed to be:
- energy booster
- Stress management for anxiety and depression
- Mental clarity and enhancer
I've been taking it for 2 weeks now. I've been able to finish projects, clean my place, meet deadlines, and my moods has been stable.
And I only took half the dose (recommended was 4 pills a day during meals) because I was taking other multivitamins.
I bought this from Amazon. Which isn't bad to take for now while I wait for my official diagnosis and I can get prescribed medication to compare.
