Mushuko Tensei (anime)

I was pleasantly surprised by this anime. At first it seems like its going to be another one of those gross ones with a predator for a main character, but its really about what can happen when you take someone who's only positive "social" experiences come from problematic media (bad dating games) and give them a chance to thrive. The main character, Rudy, starts out pretty gross and thinking he can use dating games as a guide to his interactions with girls, but he pretty quickly picks up on the concept of consent and spends awhile learning the nuances of it. Meanwhile he's developing leadership and negotiation skills, building bridges and helping the people around him become better versions of themselves. 

It is "just another Isekai" but certainly one of the better, more self-aware ones I've seen.
