Oxford ragwort (also know as Senecio squalidus) is a flowering plant in the daisy family. Like Dandelions, it spreads via wind. Short-lived but native to mountainous, rocky or volcanic areas. Look so tiny and weakly but can grow in natural piles of rocks, war-ruined neighborhoods and even on stone walls.
