Took all my steps away, because I turn off my phone and turn it back on

Hi catwalk, I have a problem with my app. It took off all my steps that I had on there today and it will not give it back to me. I had to turn off my phone and it took all what I had on there and it keeps can you please help me today for the end of the day I am a good loyal customer and I refer people, this is the second time this happened to me
