Apart being only 18:41 and walked over 16k steps already for the day, I had a very lazy day. It was my day off so I stayed in bed till almost 10am. 

 

I hate getting out of bed so late when I had the opportunity to get out of the bed before 8am. 

 

Disposal or Recycle?

 

Something I wish I throw my phone in the bin and leave it there till Friday morning when the "rubbish" lorry come to pick up the rubbish every other Friday (I need to wait for another 10½ days for that because the collection was last Friday) or take the phone to a recycle ♻️ centre. 

 

It is not possible passing so much time every day in front of the screen. There are some apps that help you with making you aware of the time you pass on the phone or alert you not to open those apps.

 

Me, myself and I 

 

As I said in my post yesterday, I gave up smoking 🚭 just like that. Why can't I do it with the phone as well? 

 

I am aware we need our phone to communicate with other people, but to tell the truth, we were communicating more and better when mobile phones where not existing. 

 

Strategy

 

As I stopped with cigarettes 🚬 I will also stop overusing my phone and using it only when I really need it.
