A few tips on how I work on keeping away belly fat are as follows:
- Participate in activities that are core based.. (Dance, MMA, even some sports)
- 10 min. HIIT workouts are great (go to youtube for free ones to follow)
- Planking until fail in the morning and at night 2 times
- Russian twist and any workouts that target that stubborn lower belly
- Eating good foods, greens (I'm guilty of not eating the best, but it's very important)
