I have been doing the keto diet for a year and have lost over 70 lbs and have gotten off blood pressure medication.

 

Exercise was my biggest challenge because I work from home and it's a desk job.  What I decided to do was get on a work out schedule.  

 

Every morning I walk for 30 minutes as I'm making my morning coffee.  This gets me awake and blood pumping.

 

Mid morning I'll take a break from work and do 3 sets of 25 with an exercise bar to help tighten my chest and stomach.

 

After lunch I take my dog for a brisk walk/jog for about another 30 minutes.  

 

Mid afternoon I'll take another break and do another 3 sets of 25 on my exercise bar.

 

After supper I'll do another 30 minute walk to finish my 10,000 steps.

 

This is coming from someone who used to hate exercise.  I found a routine that I enjoy and helps me lose weight and improve my health.
