Best Leg Workout for a Beginner

When first starting out just do leg work once a week until you're comfortable. Squats- 3 sets of 10, and lunges-3 sets of 10. Once you're comfortable with those you can add leg press and leg curls both 3 sets of 10. Don't forget to cool down afterwards.
