Typically when I'm focusing on my arms, I like to focus on four exercises at a time:
Curls
Tricep dips
Should shrugs
Bent over butterflies
Not only do I get a good arm work out, but I also exercise my upper back and shoulders. When I do burpees, I prefer burpees rows with 10-20lb weights. Depends on how I'm feeling that day.
