This is one of my favorite abs workout. It is a beginner to moderate rountine. She explained the workout very clear and go slow so you can follow it. Just so slow and do as much as you can and build up your stamina. As with any exercise rountine you also have to follow a healthy diet.. Cut out some carbs, sugar, fat etc etc..
