๐Event๐ Share Your Workout Tips #4 : MY PERSONAL Best Abs Workouts
I gladly share with you my exclusively personal experience (amateur, not professional) for abs.
This naturally applies to me; however, it is always much better โto rely on experts/professionals, who, among other things, must evaluate the specific conditions (including medical-physical-psychological) and potential of each individual.
First of all, I try (with great difficulty๐ฉ) to observe a correct diet (without fats or artificial sugars, etc.๐โ).
So, unfortunately I don't like the gym.
So, to train and strengthen my abdominals, I commit to the following.
I go for a run (also not -too- fast), and I walk at a fast pace, outdoors, as long as possible, even better, uphill and downhill.
When I run (also not -too- fast) and I walk quickly, outdoors, I try to change speed (many times) and (suddenly too) direction.
Again, I walk on mobile platforms, up and down, in shopping centers, (also much) faster than the movement of these platforms (I attach a photo below)...
To achieve results, constant sacrifice is always needed๐ช๐ช๐ช.
