Warming up for 10 mins first. Then, stretching out your Abs to prevent injury. 

 

15 reps of leg raise for 5 sets with 1 min between sets.

Next, lying on yoga mattress and raise your leg about 30 degrees. Hold for a minute and break 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Then crunch for 1 min 5 times with a minute break.
